Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program connects our members with current PA-S or PA-C's that offer members guidance and experience on their PA journey. We value mentorship as a key component for developing into a knowledgeable pre-PA student that will be prepared to handle future challenges such as earning direct patient care experience, applying on CASPA, and interviewing for schools. The Mentorship Program organizes events for mentors and mentees to foster connections and encourage open discussions.
Bigs & Littles Program
Our Bigs & Littles Program is a great way to become more personally involved in our club and build meaningful connections within the pre-PA community. Whether you apply as a Big or a Little, you'll have the opportunity to form lasting relationships, receive or provide academic and career guidance, and have someone to lean on throughout your pre-PA journey. We also host a variety of Big & Little socials throughout the year to help strengthen these connections. Big and Littles must be active paid members to participate.
High School Outreach Program
Our High School Outreach Program connects UCI pre-PA students with local high school students through in-person presentations, mentorship, and interactive workshops hosted at participating high schools. The program introduces students to the Physician Assistant profession, provides academic and career guidance, and inspires future healthcare professionals through meaningful community engagement.

Board Internship Program
The internship allows paid members the opportunity to become future PACT board members.
The Board Internship Program provides paid members with hands-on experience in event planning, teamwork, and club leadership. Interns work alongside board members to learn the responsibilities of each position while helping organize events, workshops, community service opportunities, fundraisers, and socials. Throughout the program, interns also have the opportunity to collaborate with their cohort and develop their own events.
