Meet our board

Khanhlam is a 3rd year Public Health Sciences major, being part of PACT since her 1st year. She is also the Research Chair in Project Vietnam and involved in research studying mental health among Vietnamese American youth. She also works part time as a Front/Back Family Practice Medical Assistant. She spends her free time reading, thrifting, junk-journaling, and loves trying different matcha cafes.

Mandy is a 3rd year Biological Sciences major. She has been in PACT since her 1st year, and has loved every moment of it: getting to meet many new people, having fun at events, and growing professionally. She is an undergraduate researcher in the BRoAD lab studying adolescent development, behavior, and mental/physical health. Outside of school, she works part-time as a respite care provider. In her free time, she loves golfing, card games, spending quality time with friends, and having a lot of laughs.

Isabelle is a 4th year Biological Sciences major. She has been in PACT since her 2nd year and has enjoyed her time ever since. Isabelle likes to involve herself both socially and professionally, and is currently also a part of Alpha Epsilon Delta, a pre-health honor society. Outside of school, she works as both a physical therapy aide and pediatric medical assistant. In her free time, Isabelle loves to hang out with friends or go to the beach.

Christa is a 4th year Pharmaceutical Sciences major with a Specialization in Medicinal Pharmacology. She has been in PACT since her 1st year and has loved getting to know others interested in the PA profession. Outside of school, she works part-time as Medical Assistant at two clinics: Podiatry and Dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, exploring different cities, and thrifting.

Aminah is a 4th year Biological Sciences major. She has been in PACT since her second year as a Spring Intern and has met so many amazing pre-PA students and professionals in healthcare. She is an undergraduate researcher in the Forthal Lab in the Department of Immunology at UCI SOM. Outside of academics, she is a Care Partner at Kaiser Permanente Irvine Medical Center. Some of her hobbies include nail art, and exploring new coffee shops.

Alton is a 3rd-year Public Health Sciences major. He has been a member of PACT since his freshman year and loves the engaging, supportive community it provides. Professionally, Alton currently works as an optometric technician and optician, and has a background working as a medical assistant. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, and the piano, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Michelle is a 2nd year Biological Sciences major. She has been in PACT since her 1st year and has gained many valuable experiences while being a part of a supportive community. Outside of school, she works part time as a receptionist. In her free time she enjoys baking, trying new restaurants/cafes and watching a good show.

Briana is a third-year Public Health Sciences major who has been involved with PACT since her first year at UCI. She has loved meeting new people, building connections, and learning more about the PA profession. She also serves as Co-President of Student Healthcare in Practice (SHIP), works as a Learning Assistant for lower-division biology courses, and is a Certified Medical Assistant. Outside of school, Briana works part-time at a family medicine clinic, where she has worked since her senior year of high school. In her free time, she enjoys watching scary movies, outdoor runs, and baking.

Laila is a 3rd year Biological Sciences and Psychological Sciences major. She has been involved with PACT since her 2nd year, and has been grateful for all of the guidance and opportunities it has to offer. She is also a member of the Pilipinx Pre-Health Undergraduate Student Organization on campus, and works part-time as a Physical Therapy Technician outside of school. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, spending time with friends, and trying out new recipes.

Alison is a 4th year Biological Sciences major. She has been in PACT since her 2nd year, and has loved getting involved personally and professionally. She is also an active member in Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, and is an undergraduate researcher in The Allison Lab studying microbial ecology. Outside of school, she works part time as an Ophthalmic Technician. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano, painting, and videography.
